On’Draya is committed to serving our diverse future generations and their families with the dignity and honor they deserve. Her leadership embodies her multicultural upbringing which led to her genuine love for all people and the desire to create transformational change through educational equity in our community.

Her vision is that Florecer will be a bridge through academic achievement and language immersion to a transformational future for all students in Alabama and across the nation.
Florecer is more than a school building. It is a growing community where children are encouraged to be curious, families are invited to lead, cultures are celebrated, and every ambassador is challenged to grow academically and personally.
Our goal is not simply to prepare students for the next grade.
We are preparing them for a changing world.
A world where they can communicate across cultures, lead with integrity, think creatively, embrace differences, and use their gifts to make a meaningful difference.
